Join an Upcoming Public Walk!
Come on your own or with a friend or family member. The walks are in "near nature" -- mostly within the urban boundaries of Ottawa-Gatineau. We also offer walks on the beautiful lands of Gaia Wellness Retreat near Wakefield, Quebec. Groups are generally about 8-16 people, and pre-registration is required. You don't need a high level of fitness for a walk, and some walks are on accessible trails. Once you register, we'll send you directions and let you know what to bring, how to dress, etc.

Let's slow down to soak in the spring sunshine and awaken to nature's wisdom. Through a sequence of sensory-opening invitations, this guided walk can help you quiet your mind and become fully present to the gifts of the forest. Forest Therapy walks offer a breathing space in our busy lives, a way to remember our relationship with the web of life, and a way to re-connect and re-charge.

Spring Meditation Retreat

I'll be guiding a Forest Wellness Walk through the lovely Tucker House property during this retreat. We'll pause in the cedar grove, meander past the waving cat-tails, and visit with the tall pines. We'll slow down to re-centre, re-connect and re-charge, as we shift from the stories of winter to the songs of spring.
The weekend includes yoga, meditation, vegan meals and accommodation in the historic Tucker House. This is an incredible value -- only $250 per person for everything, and it's just 30 minutes from downtown Ottawa.
