Covid-19 Protocols
To Help Us All Be Healthy

Covid-19 Protocols
Please read before signing the Participant Agreement & Release Form

The precautions below are taken for the safety and comfort of all, to support you in experiencing the calming and immune-boosting benefits of an immersive nature experience.
  1. As much as possible, registration, payment, and signing of release forms will be on-line, in advance of the walk.
  2. You agree you will not participate if you have tested positive for Covid-19 in the five days prior to the walk, or have been a close contact of somebody who has tested positive in the previous five days.
  3. A refund, minus admin charges, will be given if you cancel at least 24 hours before the walk.
  4. Participants will be mindful of distance and do their best to avoid crowding each other on the trail and in group gatherings.
  5. Face masks are optional.
  6. Wild-crafted tea is offered at the end of the walk. Please bring your own cup if you prefer not to use the cup that will be provided.
  7. You are asked to notify Forest Therapy Ottawa if you test positive within five days of the walk.
  8. These protocols will be updated and revised in keeping with Ontario Government decisions and new recommendations from Ottawa Public Health.
Now that you've reviewed the Protocols, please sign the Participant Agreement/Release before the walk.
