We need nature connection. Now, more than ever.
Join a walk on your own or with others. You'll find a welcoming space in the circle and a comfortable, "no pressure" approach.
We move slowly and pause often and you don't need a high level of fitness. We walk in "near nature", mostly within Ottawa. Pre-registration is required. Once you register, you'll receive directions and details but feel free to contact me with any questions.

Rest, Re-charge and Re-Connect
Sunday, Sept. 18 and Sunday, Sept. 25, 9am to 10:30am, $25
Fletcher Wildlife Garden, Prince of Wales Dr., Ottawa
Join me for a sensory immersion in the gifts of the garden. We'll rest & de-stress as we awaken to nature's sounds, scents & many-coloured wonders. This kind of “slow time” in nature has been shown to reduce stress levels, boost the immune system and brain power and creativity. Many people also discover a renewed connection with themselves and with all of nature.
Fletcher Wildlife Garden is a demonstration project of the Ottawa Field Naturalists Club that shows how to create wildlife habitat in the city. Tickets $25. Maximum 10 people. You'll receive all the details with your order confirmation, but feel free to contact me with questions before registering. |
New dates are added regularly; sign up to be notified of upcoming walks, or follow me on Facebook for updates.
